My little man is 2!

Taylor's birthday started as soon as he woke up. We had the banner and presents waiting for him when I carried him downstairs. Still in his pajamas and with sleep in his eyes. I will remember to always do birthdays at this time of day...it was laid back, happy, and a surprise for him.
Taylor received a backpack with a coloring book, some snacks, and the Disney Robin Hood DVD (my childhood favorite) from Kris and I. Remember as you look at this picture that we had all just gotten out of bed.
Taylor's big present was from Grandma Grubb. She bought him a great wooden farm set. Tay loved to whole process of putting it together.
Isn't he a great Dad!
Another reason I love birthday parties in the morning. We get to have fun all day playing with the new treasures!
Jocey want to tell you there is more birthday celebrating to come...stay tuned!

awwww!! so much fun! that's a great idea- to do birthdays in the morning, i'll have to jot that one down. :) by the way, i have a far watcher alert from travelocity just in case tickets to denver go really low anytime soon. it'd be so much fun to come out for a few days! not sure when or if it could happen, but i'm keeping my eyes open just in case!

oh, my word, Samantha, that would be the most wonderful thing. Hey, I'll do the same for Chicago! I miss you so much and want to meet Blinn so badly.
