On mother's day Kris treated me to Starbucks on the way to church. Then it was off to meet friends at Denver's Botanical Gardens. Looking at my sweet second child, Jocelyn Donovan brings to mind so many reasons why I love being a mom:
Jocelyn standing at my feet with her arms upraised saying, "up!"
Hearing Taylor pray.
Seeing Kristyn grin as soon as she realizes its me who's looking at her.
Watching Kris wrestle with our children.
Knowing this is exactly what I want to do and it is exactly where God wants me.
What a blessing...being mama.

Such a cutie! What a blessing to be a mama. Even if you are (in my case) the worst mom ever, or so I've been told, I know they still love me and I love them.
